Cancellation Policy
π³ Booking Rules for Our Cooking Workshops 1. **Reservation Required** * Please reserve your spot in advance. Spaces are limited, and workshops often fill up quickly. 2. **Payment** * To secure your spot, full payment is required upon booking. 3. **Cancellations and Refunds** * Cancellations up to **7 days before** the workshop: full refund. * Cancellations within **7 days**: no refund, but you can transfer your booking to someone else. * If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. 4. **Minimum Number of Participants** * A minimum number of participants is required for the workshops. If we have to cancel due to insufficient numbers, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for another date. 5. **Punctuality** * Please arrive on time. Workshops start on time so all participants can enjoy the full experience. 6. **Goodies to Go** * You can take your prepared food (and sometimes a little extra π) home with you. Please bring a container if indicated in the course description. 7. **Allergies and Dietary Requirements** * Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements at least **72 hours before** the workshop. 8. **Age Requirement** * Unless otherwise stated, workshops are designed for participants aged 16 and over. 9. **Photography** * We sometimes take photos for promotional purposes during workshops. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed. 10. **Have Fun!** * Bring your curiosity, creativity, and appetite. Our workshops are about learning, sharing, and enjoying good food together.
