WE DELIVER OUR FULL SELECTION OF PRODUCTS TO ANY PLACE IN SWITZERLAND. DELIVERIES TO OTHER COUNTRIES UPON REQUEST!
Please feel free to place your orders via phone or eMail. Orders need to submitted by the end of the day according to the delivery conditions to be included in the next feasable delivery tour.
Orders can be accepted from Monday to Friday, up to 3.00 p.m. at the latest. The deliveries will be carried out on the next day.
Deliveries in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
The ordered goods will be sent by Night Express. The customer must be able to accept the night express delivery from Swiss Post between 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. The cooling chain is thereby ensured. The packaging and the despatch costs per delivery (CHF 25.00 up to 10 kg, and CHF 27.00 from 10 kg) will be charged to the customer.
Deliveries to the EU and non-EU countries
Delivery and invoice address
If the delivery address is not the same as the invoice address, the customer is obliged to inform us of this when making the order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect delivery, you must inform us by telephone or in writing as soon as possible after the delivery. The next steps will then be discussed individually with the customer.
Just damaged orders can be taken back. If you are not at home on delivery time we can not take the caviar back in case of the refrigeration chain. Thank you for your understanding. Goods will be personally delivered from Monday to Saturday (upon request also on Sunday). Delivery is free of charge within the defined delivery area.
Customers outside the defined delivery area will receive their goods via mail. The transportation costs will be charged according to the actual costs.
All published prices (by phone, on printed price lists or via e Mail or Internet) are in Swiss Francs and net excluding Swiss VAT if not noted differently. All prices refer to the volumes mentioned. Any orders that do not fit the regular mentioned sales packaging are subject to additional charges for special volumes or packaging needed. All products are subject to today's price and will be adjusted to the market price if necessary and feasable. Accordingly all prices for special selections or offers as well as availability are subject to change.

You will receive a detailed invoice by product category (caviar, salmon, etc.) upon delivery. According to the delivery rules the invoice needs to be settled upon delivery latest. The invoice amount may also be transferred by direct debit. Please ask for the our money transfer form.
Delivery of the ordered products is subject to verification of financial solvency. With the submission of the order the customer agrees to this process. For new customers a first order may require cash in advance. In case a customer is not able to pay its invoices we may want to exercise the right to cancel an order or delay delivery until payment is made.

We will do our utmost to meet our obligations. In case of force majeure, strike or low production volume (caviar) we exercise the right to cancel orders completely or only partly. Standard orders and advance sale orders are subject to receipt of complete and undamaged arrival of the products.
Place of Jurisdiction
Theses General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss Law. Place of jurisdiction in all cases is Aeugst am Albis ZH.
